Manage your team

Team management is available on the Enterprise plan. Each user is a seat; the plan includes 10 seats by default, with additional seats billed at $8/month each.

You need the Can manage users permission to invite, edit, or remove team members.

Open the team section

  1. Sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Team card.

Add a new team member

  1. Click Add member.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name
    • Email (must not already be in use)
    • Can access — granted by default
    • Can edit company — typically for managers
    • Can manage users — for admins
    • Can manage billing — only for the finance owner
  3. Click Save.

The new user is created with a random password. They receive an invitation email with a link that lets them set their own password and sign in.

Edit a team member

  1. In the team list, click Edit next to the user.
  2. Adjust permissions.
  3. Save.

Remove a team member

  1. Click Remove next to the user.
  2. Confirm.

You cannot remove yourself. Ask another admin to remove you if needed.

Permissions

Permission What it gates
Can access Whether the user can sign in at all
Can edit company Update company details, logo
Can manage users Invite / edit / remove team members
Can manage billing Open Stripe portal, manage API keys

You cannot grant a permission you don't have yourself — the form masks out anything you can't pass on.

Troubleshooting

"Team management is only available on the Enterprise plan"

You're on Basic. Either upgrade to Enterprise in the Stripe portal or ask a billing admin to.

"You don't have permission to delete team members."

Your account lacks Can manage users. Ask an existing admin to grant it.

Invitation email not received by the new member

Ask them to check spam/junk. They can also be re-invited by re-running the invite through the same form.
